WELCOME TO PRO-DEO GROUPS
Beginning in September and extending through April (the school year), our teenagers meet in homes of congregation members every Sunday night from 6:00-8:00 for Pro-Deo groups. Only on the first Sunday night of each month do teens not meet at appointed homes. Instead, we meet with families at appointed Brother Keepers Units in various locations.
"Pro-Deo" is Latin and is translated "For God". The groups are our way of meeting the needs of all of our teenagers. So often it is easy to get lost in a big youth group crowd as a teenager. In Pro-Deo groups, each teenager is placed with eleven other teens in a group located in their general geographic area. Each group is equipped with an adult leader and co-leader as well as a host teen. The groups are a tremendous way for teenagers to connect with one another, have accountability with each other, and grow in their walk with the Lord through scripture. I hope you decide to join us each week at our Pro-Deo groups.
Currently, all teens meet at the following location:
The home of Mark & Stephanie Walle at 624 Old Country Rd, Duncanville, TX 75137 from 6-8pm. Leaders and hosts are Nathan and Kim, Caleb Willis, and Mark & Stephanie Walle.
